Joséphine
After teaching Sciences for 17 years, Joséphine embarked on an artistic journey in 2015.
Due to her love for logic and numbers, she masters order and disorder with a rigour typical for her craft. According to her moods, she mixes primary colours with pigments until she achieves the right hue which strikes the eye.At the beginning, Joséphine’s inquiries led her to test combinaisons of various materials with paint. Charmed by the raw and retro nature of plexiglas, she cuts it into geometric shapes, which have become her signature.

Sparkling yet controlled, rational yet warm : Joséphine’s world is full of contrasts. With an peaceful regularity, her work arouses curiosity in an explosion of colors.
